EZ Build Models are a great family project. They are prepainted and all the major components are complete. EZ Build Planes assembled with a small included screw driver in about 12-15 minutes. The result is a plane with reasonable detail that can be played with for hours by a child 8+. Also, many collectors enjoy these pieces, as well, so they're not just for kids!
